Cash, Debit, Visa and MasterCard. We also have Gift Certificates.

Do we deliver?
Yes we do! Contact your closest location for a quote.
Delivery charges can vary based on the following:

Material being delivered;

Type of delivery required: Curbside, Boom up or Ground drop;

Distance from the Simcoe location where the delivery will originate from and

Delivery location

What days can you deliver?
Delivery service to most areas is available to our customers seven (7) days a week during Summer store hours and five (5) days a week during Winter store hours.
Do you offer in-store pick up services?
Simcoe offers order pick up services when orders are placed by phone, email or fax. Providing the materials are available, Simcoe can have your order ready in one hour for pick up. Larger lumber or stone orders may take longer. You will be notified when the order is ready for pick up.

How long will it take to get a delivery?
All orders can be delivered within 24 hours provided all materials and shipping requirements are available.

If an item is not in stock, can it be ordered? How?
Yes. We will source the item in question and within one/two days we will have the information to you on availability and price.

Are locations open to the public?
Yes. All of our locations are open to the public and all locations have showrooms with qualified, professional employees to support you in your project needs big or small.

Where do I get plans drawn?
We offer plans in house, but any local architect with a BCIN number is able to provide you with plans.
How long to get a permit package?
1 – 2 weeks
How long to get a house take off together?
2 – 4 weeks
Can you recommend professionals and/or sub-contractors?
We have an extensive list of trade professionals that we can recommend. NOTE: Simcoe Block (1979) Limited and affiliated divisions are not responsible for any work completed by trades given as a recommendation. It is the responsibility of the hiring party to do their research prior to hiring a recommended contact.
